What is STEM?
As a STEM Magnet School, we integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math concepts into all areas of study. In fact, STEM is part of students' learning in ways you might not expect! With our pioneering approach, students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade gain valuable STEM skills as they practice reading, music, art, and even physical education.
Why is this important? The U.S currently has millions of unfilled STEM jobs and an additional 3.5 million STEM positions will need to be staffed by 2025.
